A CCA ONTIER recebeu, no passado mês de Outubro, a Roundtable da Iberian Lawyer dedicada ao 'Lisbon annual report'. Domingos Cruz, Managing Partner da CCA ONTIER foi um dos oradores e falou sobre as tendências do mercado legal nacional para 2019.
Para Domingos Cruz, 'there has been substantial activity in the Portuguese real estate sector, while there has also been an increase in litigation (...) venture capital funds are showing a strong appetite for investment in Portugal, while changes to shareholder structures in the banking sector has also generated a lot of work for lawyers'.
Acrescenta ainda que 'Portuguese law firms are becoming increasingly sophisticated and that this is grounds for optimism; however, there is a level of uncertainty as to when the country will experience its next economic downturn.'
