Sara Reis, Coordenadora do Departamento de Corporate/M&A da CCA, escreve artigo de opinião para a Iberian Lawyer sobre o crescente investimento estrangeiro em novos setores do mercado de M&A em Portugal, como startups tecnológicas, cryptocurrencies e farmacêuticas.
Apesar do futuro desafiante para as sociedades de advogados, Sara Reis considera que serão também apresentadas novas oportunidades, "I believe the technology sector represents the biggest opportunity for law firms. Disruptive industries such as artificial intelligence, FinTech and the Internet of Things keeps attracting investors’ attention, both on a national and international level".
